top ten tuesday

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish. The feature was created because The Broke and Bookish are particularly fond of lists (as are we!). Each week a new Top Ten list topic is given and bloggers can participate.

Today’s Topic: Recent Book Quotes We’ve Loved

  1. Ricki, where are the Snicker quotes???
I’d like to add my fav quote from Handful of Stars about being brave. Can’t remember it off the top of my head but I do enjoy it 🙂

  2. “yes is a world
    & in this world of
    yes live
    (skillfully curled)
    all worlds.”

It’s actually part of an e.e. cummings poem, but I read it in Enormous Smallness, a picture book biography of cummings that came out this year.

  3. Wow that quote from I’ll Give You the Sun is just beautiful. And a new Ruta Sepetys book? I can’t wait!!

I like to write down favorite quotes in my Quote Journal (book nerd, I know), but somehow I missed that one from Revolution – love it.
